亞泥向地主承諾發放土地補償費及地上物補償費，但是二十多年來，在一百零九位地主中，只有一位領取到土地補償費，六十九位領取到與亞泥原先承諾金額不符的地上物補償費，其餘地主均未領取到任何補償，土地卻白白被佔用。
